Stock-Mounted Tripod Rear Bag

A butt stock-mounted rear support bag built for tripod-rear shooting. Strap it to your buttstock to create a stable, consistent interface against a tripod leg—so you can make fast micro-adjustments without re-positioning your tripod.

When you’re running a tripod as rear support, the smallest changes in pressure can shift your sight picture—and pinching your buttstock directly against a tripod leg can introduce bounce, inconsistency, and unwanted cant. Products in this category exist specifically to solve that problem by putting a compressible bag interface between the stock and the tripod.

The Stock-Mounted Tripod Rear Bag is our rifle-mounted answer: a stock-side rear bag that attaches directly to your buttstock, so the support stays with the rifle—not the tripod. That means faster setup, less gear to manage on the line, and the ability to move between tripods or positions without re-rigging your rear support.

Why you’ll want it

• Rifle-mounted convenience: keep your rear support on the gun so you’re always ready to build a stable tripod-rear position.

• Fine elevation control: squeeze and settle into the bag for quick, repeatable micro-adjustments—without breaking down your tripod.

• More consistent contact: provides a dedicated cushion/interface between stock and tripod leg to help reduce bounce and improve repeatability.

• Designed for real-world stocks/chassis: quickly wraps to common buttstock shapes with hook and loop velcro so you can run it on match rifles and field rifles alike.

Perfect for: Any competition-style stages, field matches, training days, and any scenario where tripod-rear support shines.
